SELECTED EXPERIENCE:

• Oversaw completion and approval of plans, specifications, and applications required for installation of military aircraft coating system at Edwards Air Force Base. Performed South Coast Air Quality Management District Rules 1401 and 1402 screening analysis, as well as Maximum Individual Cancer Risk exposure analysis.
• Prepared Title V permit applications for various companies within SCAQMD region. Completed processes involving comprehensive site surveys to determine compliance with current District rules and modification of various existing SCAQMD permits.
• Los Angeles Unified School District-Certified Asbestos Consultant performing all phases of asbestos and lead surveys for K-12 and new construction sites; oversight asbestos abatement monitoring and on site record keeping; pre and post visual inspections and final clearance sampling.
• California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), Los Angeles and San Bernardino Counties-Project Manager providing asbestos, lead & mold inspection, abatement and demolition monitoring for various housing/building projects.
• Team leader on mechanical equipment construction projects, meeting approval for the installation of exhaust-ventilation systems at various manufacturing facilities. Performed review and approval of equipment supplier's drawings and specifications for compliance with all Uniform Construction Codes, as well as applicable air quality regulations.
• Team leader for the completion and approval of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) plans and specifications for numerous commercial, industrial, and residential additions and remodels in Southern California. 
• Prepared detailed hazardous material classification and inventory analyses for various companies.  This analysis determines the location, allowed quantities in storage and use, and the appropriate accidental release mitigating measures required at each facility.
• LAUSD and US Department of Veterans Affairs, consultant responsible for asbestos management, survey, air monitoring, lead inspection, mold investigation and remedial mold design, underground storage tank and industrial hygiene services.
